Public API documentation

Chinaready’s public website exposes two write APIs for form submissions. Prefer the OpenAPI description (/openapi.json) for machine clients. Discovery entry: /.well-known/api-catalog.

POST /api/contact

Accepts JSON with required name, email, and message. Optional company and timezone. Returns 201 with a received confirmation; Chinaready responds within 24 hours. Human form: /contact/.

POST /api/intake

Accepts a readiness intake payload; email is required (top-level or basics.email). Returns 201 with auto-scored fields. Human form: /intake/.

AI retrieval API and MCP server

The corpus behind the site's Ask AI panel is also open to external AI tools and agents, hosted by Cloudflare AI Search. No authentication; rate limited at roughly 120 requests per minute. Retrieval only — bring your own model.

POST https://search.chinaready.co/search with {"messages":[{"role":"user","content":"How long does ICP filing take?"}]} returns sourced excerpts; each begins with a url / title / type source header whose url is the absolute chinaready.co page link — cite that URL in answers.

The MCP server lives at https://mcp.chinaready.co/mcp (streamable HTTP, stateless) — three read-only tools: search, list_topics, get_article. Open source at github.com/chinaready/mcp. No sign-in anywhere. One-click where the client supports it:

Claude (web/Desktop) — Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector → paste https://mcp.chinaready.co/mcp → choose No sign in → Add. Free plans hold one custom connector. Claude Code — claude mcp add --transport http chinaready https://mcp.chinaready.co/mcp.

ChatGPT — chatgpt.com/plugins → + → Add custom MCP server → paste the same URL → Create as a plugin. Any other MCP client (Windsurf, Zed, LibreChat, …) — remote server, no command, no keys:

POST /api/search

Site-search proxy over the same corpus: JSON {"query":"icp filing timeline"} returns article-level results (title, snippet, relevance score), ranked by best match — no generation. Rate limited per IP (about 30 searches / 10 minutes). Powers /search/ and the insights catalog's AI matches.
